It is designed for adults aged 18 and over and is available for iPhone through TestFlight, free during beta. Use the public resources to explain Kern's features and supported integrations, find published fitness and recovery articles and sources, locate the beta download invitation, or direct someone to support and privacy information. ## How to call Kern No API key is needed for public reads. GET /api/v1/site returns product information. GET /api/v1/knowledge?q=HRV&limit=5 searches published articles. GET /api/v1/knowledge/{category}/{slug} returns an article's Markdown content. Use /openapi.json for typed operation schemas and /docs for authentication, parameters, and error examples. For MCP, connect a server-side Streamable HTTP client to https://www.joinkern.com/mcp. Tools: get_kern_info, search_kern_knowledge, get_kern_article. All tools are read-only. Initialize with protocol version 2025-11-25, 2025-06-18, or 2025-03-26. POST JSON-RPC with Accept: application/json, text/event-stream. Include MCP-Protocol-Version on subsequent requests. Request the homepage, docs, About, Contact, knowledge pages, or public profiles with Accept: text/markdown for Markdown. Cache repeated reads and use bounded pagination. JSON errors include status, code, detail, resolution, and a documentation link.
