Contact support@joinkern.com for questions about Kern, your account, connected services, privacy, or developer access. Include a clear description of the issue and the device and app version you use so we can understand what happened.
Never include passwords, authentication codes, API secrets, or unnecessary health information. If a screenshot helps explain the issue, remove private information before sharing it. We use your message to respond to your request.
Account and privacy requests
For account access or deletion requests, contact us from the email address associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity before making changes. You can also use the account deletion controls in the Kern app.
Read the support page for sign-in and connected-service help, and the privacy policy for information about the data Kern processes and your choices. The public API and MCP server cannot access or change personal account or health information.
