Kern is an early access fitness and health coaching product. You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.

You may not misuse the product, interfere with the service, reverse engineer restricted parts of the product, or use Kern in a way that violates applicable law.

Kern provides informational coaching based on the data available to it. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional before making medical decisions, changing medication, or starting a training or nutrition plan that may affect your health.

Early access features may change, break, or be removed. We may limit, suspend, or end access when needed to protect users, improve the product, or operate the test program.

Kern is provided as available during early access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kern is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the product.
